MedicalSectorisoneofthoseindustriesthatdepends
significantlyonafemaleworkforcetoensureits
successyetwedon’tseethesewomenrisingtolead
fromtheheadofboardroomtables.Wearedrivenbya
universalneedaswomentobeofservicetoothersbut
thetimehasarrivedforustoalsostarttransforming
thissectorwhichcallsformorethanjustSERVICE.The
inadequaciesthatneedtobeaddressedrequiresbold
fearlesswomen,womenthatarewillingtoembrace
changeandinnovation.

Theeconomyhasoverthelastfewyearsbeenshaky
andhealthcarereformhascreateddebatesthathave
madethingsevenmoreunstable.Therealityisthat
corruptioninthehealthcaresectorcanmeanthe
differencebetweenlifeanddeathtomanyofour
people.Ishareapassiontoimprovethelivesof
peopleinourcommunityandinourcountrywitha
revitalizedmedicalmanagementsystem.

fewmonthsWOAwillbeembarkinguponabusinessin
establishingthemselvesasanewplayerinthemedical
sectoraswearechoosingtobepartofageneration
thatwillbethechangetheywanttosee.
